 CHILDREN WANTED TO PERFORM IN 2008 SHOWS (two doors from the free bridge into Easton, upstairs) The Lehigh Valley Cloggers are looking for children between the ages of 6 and 12 to participate in their performance at Musikfest in Bethlehem, PA and the opening ceremonies of the Hunterdon County 4-H and Agricultural Fair in Ringoes, NJ. The children will learn a simple dance to the song, The Unicorn, by the Irish Rovers. They will also participate in the opening and closing numbers of the show. Fourteen children and runner-ups will be selected for the Unicorn. Practices will be held at 12:30 pm, on Sundays, June 29, July 13, 20, and 27 at The Riverview Arts Center, 68 Main Street, Phillipsburg, NJ. The performances will be at Musikfest, in Bethlehem, PA, on Sunday, August 10, 2008 at 12:00 noon, and Hunterdon County 4-H and Agricultural Fair Opening Ceremonies, on Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at 4:30 pm. There may opportunities for other shows and to learn other dances.
